正面描述 Right-facing bust of Saparmurat Türkmenbaşy, first and lifelong President of Turkmenistan, rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field. The portrait is unadorned and naturalistically styled, occupying the central area of the coin. A wreath of laurel or olive branches frames the lower portion of the portrait. The circular legend arcing across the upper field reads TÜRKMENISTANYŇ ILKINJI WE ÖMÜRLIK PREZIDENTI, while the lower legend reads SAPARMYRAT TÜRKMENBAŞY, separated by two raised dots.

附加信息

Ak Bugdai — "white wheat" — was one of the prestige agricultural programs championed by President Saparmurat Niyazov, whose cult of personality extended to renaming months of the year after himself and his mother. The 2004 silver issues were part of a broader commemorative series produced under his government, largely for collector export rather than domestic circulation, as Turkmenistan's economy remained heavily state-controlled and coin use was limited.

Niyazov died in December 2006. Most pieces from this series never approached Turkmen hands.
