Obverse description Green and black letterpress print on white paper, with the denomination set within elaborate Greek-key guilloche borders along the upper register, flanked by classical pilasters each enclosing a vignette — Mercury with caduceus at left and Neptune with trident at right. The lower centre bears the lesser coat of arms of Denmark, attended by allegorical female figures representing Minerva and Ceres. The central text panel carries the bank's redemption pledge in gold coin.
