背面描述	The reverse presents a large allegorical scene rendered in intaglio, after a composition by Pierre Gauchat, illustrating figures in classical and pastoral style gathered around a flowering tree and a wooden tub — an allegory of abundance and the harvest. To the left, a vertical guilloche panel bears the repeated denomination "500" in ornate script alongside the three-language bank title. The overall palette is red-brown with contrasting green elements in the security underprint.
