正面描述	The obverse displays the coat of arms of the Republic of Palau centrally within the rhombus-shaped flan, featuring a traditional scene of a figure in a canoe above a heraldic shield bearing Neptune holding a trident alongside a mermaid, surrounded by a decorative border.
