Descrizione del dritto	Centrally positioned full achievement of the coat of arms of the Republic of The Gambia, featuring a shield charged with two crossed axes on a blue field, supported by two lions rampant, and surmounted by a sheaf of grain. Below the shield, a scroll bears the national motto in three panels. The country name arcs along the upper periphery in raised Latin lettering, while the date and denomination appear in the lower field.

Descrizione del rovescio	A bold, high-relief uncrowned portrait bust of King Charles III in left-facing profile dominates the field, rendered in a contemporary artistic style against an intricate background of Gothic rose window tracery evoking the decorative stonework of Westminster Abbey. To the lower left of the effigy, a small circular cartouche displays a royal crown symbol, while a corresponding cartouche to the lower right bears a stylised depiction of a cathedral tower. The commemorative legend arcs around the upper periphery, and the weight and fineness inscription appears in the lower exergue.
