A circular official seal of the Mecklenburg-Schwerinsches Staatsministerium appears at lower left, accompanied by five facsimile ministry signatures below the issuer's name and the date "Schwerin, den 10. August 1923." A large circular cancellation stamp inscribed "FREISTAAT MECKLENBURG SCHWERIN" is struck across the centre of the face. |
