正面描述	Printed in grey-green and black on plain paper, the obverse is framed by an ornate letterpress border of interlaced foliate and diamond motifs. The issuer's title 'Landkreis Neuß' appears in a Gothic blackletter panel at the top, below which the denomination 'Fünfhunderttausend Mark' is set in large bold Fraktur script against a fine guilloche underprint. A legal tender clause in smaller Fraktur type, the issue date 'Neuß, 15. Aug. 1923', a manuscript signature of the Landrat on behalf of the Kreisausschuss, and the denomination repeated as 'Mark 500 000 Mark' in the lower border panel complete the design.

Er behält seine Gültigkeit bis zur Aufkündigung in den für die Veröffentlichung der amtlichen Bekanntmachungen der Kreisverwaltung bestimmten Zeitungen. Neuß, 15.
