| Obverse description | Printed in brown, the obverse carries a central landscape vignette of a mountainous scene with a flock of sheep in the foreground. The bank name in Chinese characters (晉察冀邊區銀行) is inscribed across the top, flanked by the denomination numerals at each upper corner.
