| 备注 |
Bangladesh Bank's relationship with Thomas De La Rue began at independence and continued through the late 1970s, when London-printed notes were gradually being phased out in favor of locally produced issues from the Security Printing Corporation in Gazipur. This 1979 note falls near the end of that transition window — De La Rue retained the contract for higher denominations longer than for smaller ones, partly due to the security feature requirements the domestic facility couldn't yet meet consistently.
Pick 23 is occasionally found with ink adhesion issues along the intaglio-printed text, a known characteristic of certain De La Rue runs from this period on humid-climate-destined stock.
