Obverse description To the right, a detailed architectural vignette of the Sat Gambuj Mosque (Seven Domed Mosque), a 17th-century Mughal provincial monument in Dhaka's Mohammadpur district, rendered with careful attention to its seven characteristic bulbous domes above the main prayer hall and its raised embankment setting. Denomination numerals appear alongside the issuing authority's name in both Bengali and English scripts. The composition is framed within a guilloche underprint border typical of De La Rue production.
