A central vignette block contains a Japanese imperial chrysanthemum crest above the denomination text, with a text cartouche below carrying issue-date and authorization characters; the date 大正八年十二月二十日 (20 December, 8th year of Taishō, i.e. 1919) appears along the lower margin. |
