The central field carries a large Cyrillic text block with bond conditions, surmounted by the bold legend ОБЛИГАЦИЯ В ПЯТЬДЕСЯТ РУБЛЕЙ. The entire note is framed by an intricate green guilloche border with repeating foliate ornaments, and bears two manuscript signatures with printed official titles at the lower centre. |
