正面描述 Light blue consumer ration card (Картка Спажыўца) divided into a grid of 28 individual detachable coupons, the majority denominated "1" rouble and arranged in rows, with a central registry panel bearing Cyrillic text identifying the card as a 50-rouble consumer allocation issued by the Republic of Belarus, including fields for the holder's surname, issuing authority, administrator, and chief accountant's signatures. A warning inscription at the foot of the central panel states that counterfeiting is prosecuted by law, and the overall surface carries a fine guilloche underprint pattern throughout.

背面描述 Essentially blank reverse, showing only the ghost impression of the obverse coupon grid and central registry panel visible through the thin paper stock, with no printed design or lettering of its own.

备注

Belarus issued this note in 1991 under the authority of the newly independent republic, but it draws directly from Soviet-era printing infrastructure and design conventions — the transition was administrative before it was aesthetic. The series to which this belongs predates the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus law of December 1990 coming fully into effect, placing these early emissions in an awkward institutional gap between Soviet republican authority and genuine central banking.

The "A" prefix in the Pick reference signals this is catalogued separately from the main P#2 series — a distinction made to differentiate emission authorization, not merely print runs.
