正面描述 At center, a vignette of the Dome of the Rock (Qubbat Al-Sakhra) in Jerusalem is framed by guilloche underprint work, with Arabic inscriptions above identifying the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority, the Royal Decree details, and the name of King Abdullah. To the right, an intaglio portrait of King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz is accompanied by the denomination in Arabic numerals below, while the foil security strip at left bears the value and the Kingdom's emblem. The signatures of the Minister of Finance and the Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority appear at the lower portion of the note.

备注

Thomas De La Rue printed this series during a period when SAMA was quietly transitioning toward more sophisticated intaglio and optically variable security elements — this note sits at the tail end of the older format before the 2016 polymer overhaul fundamentally changed Saudi currency production. The foil strip placement on P#34 was a deliberate response to regional counterfeiting pressure, particularly the high-quality fakes circulating across the Gulf in the mid-2000s.

Circulated examples from this series frequently show accelerated wear at the folds — the 155 × 70 format concentrates handling stress in predictable places, and cotton stocks from this print run were notably thinner than earlier SAMA issues.
