| Obverse description | A central device of a sheaf of rice stalks, depicted in high relief with detailed grain heads fanning outward, dominates the field. The circular legend in Burmese script arcs around the upper portion of the coin, reading the name of the issuing bank, while the date in Burmese numerals appears to the lower left and right of the central motif. The design was issued in connection with the FAO campaign promoting agricultural development and food production. |
