| Obverse description | Plain field bearing the Arabic legend جمهورية مصر العربية (Arab Republic of Egypt) arranged along the upper periphery, flanked by a reeded border. At center, the large numeral ٥٠ (50) is prominently displayed, with a small diamond ornament above. To the lower left and right appear the dual dates ١٤٤٠ (AH 1440) and ٢٠١٩ (AD 2019) respectively. Below the denomination, the Arabic word جنيهاً (Pounds) is inscribed, and along the lower rim the commemorative legend ١٥٠ عاما على إنشاء كلية الحقوق (150 years since the establishment of the Faculty of Law) is engraved in Arabic script. |
