Wer diese Scheine nachmacht oder fälscht und von nachgemachten oder gefälschten Scheinen Gebrauch macht, wird mit Zuchthaus bis zu zehn Jahren bestraft. (§ 267 ff. des Reichsstrafgesetzbuches).
