| Obverse description | Printed in blue-grey on a fine guilloche underprint repeating the text 'STADT UERDINGEN ARH' across the entire field, the note carries the denomination '50' in ornate numerals at all four corners within decorative cartouches. The central text is set in blackletter (Fraktur) script, with 'Fünfzig Pfennig.' rendered in large calligraphic lettering. Below, a three-line redemption clause in smaller Fraktur script is followed by the place and date 'Uerdingen am Rhein, den 20. Februar 1921,' with the Bürgermeister's facsimile signature at lower right. A red serial number prefixed by the letter 'B' is printed at the top centre. |
