| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse carries a richly illustrated polychrome vignette in the regional Notgeld pictorial style, centred on a view of the Kirchplatz in Steinach S.M., with the town hall and church rendered in fine line work. Two allegorical figures in regional costume flank the central scene, each holding a flowing ribbon banner bearing a verse inscription. A large decorative heart motif with the initials 'P.G.' occupies the centre, surrounded by clusters of glass-ball ornaments symbolic of the local toy and glass-blowing industry. Denomination numerals '50' appear in roundels at lower left and right, and a further scenic vignette in the upper corners evokes the surrounding Thuringian landscape. |
