| Descrizione del dritto | Typographically composed note in brown tones on cream paper, with the denomination 'Fünfzig Pfennig' rendered in large Gothic blackletter script across the upper portion. A central oval cartouche contains the redemption text pledging repayment by 30 September 1922, flanked on each side by decorative Art Nouveau vignettes with geometric square motifs set within scrollwork. The issue date 'Schmalkalden, den 1. Juli 1921' appears lower left, with the serial number below, while the issuing authority 'Kreisausschuss' and the chairman's facsimile signature appear to the lower right; the bottom margin carries the designer and printer credits. |
