An amber-toned text panel at the top carries a verse inscription, while the lower amber panel bears the legend 'gebiet der wettiner' in a bold gothic typeface. The upper left corner holds a circular medallion with the Thüringerwald-Verein emblem, and the lower left bears a decorative round seal dated 1895; the whole composition is enclosed within the same diamond-pattern border used on the obverse. |
