Corner guilloche roundels carry the denomination numeral '50', flanked by decorative green underprint panels with stylised cross motifs; the issue date 'Greiz, den 5. Sept. 1921' appears at left, and the issuing authority 'Der Rat der Stadt' with the Oberbürgermeister's facsimile signature at right.
