| Beschrijving voorzijde | The note is printed on a cream ground enclosed within a decorative border of blue and yellow interlaced ornament with star devices at the corners. The issuer name "Bad Kudowa" is rendered in bold red Gothic lettering across the upper field, flanked on each side by circular medallions bearing the numeral "50". A large central vignette consists of a purple disc with a pink halo, carrying the denomination "50 Pfennig" in gilt Gothic script. Two oval cartouches in the left and right fields carry the redemption and payment texts respectively, with two manuscript signatures below and a serial number in the lower right; the printer's imprint appears at the base. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse carries a full-colour lithographic vignette rendered in a watercolour style, presenting an aerial view of the Bad Kudowa spa grounds with the principal bath house and its colonnaded wing set amid formally laid-out gardens, ornamental ponds, and a bandstand pavilion, all backed by wooded hills. A narrow decorative border of yellow interlaced ornament with grey corner blocks frames the composition. The denomination medallion "50 PF." in white on a dark purple disc appears in the lower left corner, with the legend "GESUNDHEIT IST REICHTUM" printed in the upper border and a further inscription identifying the Eugenquelle spring in the lower border. |
