Two allegorical nude putti figures are seated symmetrically at either side, each presiding over a laden toy wagon in the foreground — an allusion to Sonneberg's celebrated toy-manufacturing industry. Between them, a central vignette shows the silhouette of a church tower rising above a densely wooded hillside against a radiant sunburst, evoking the town's landscape. The denomination '50 50' in bold blackletter appears at the top centre, flanked by ornate Jugendstil scroll tendrils. |
