Wüpper' in Gothic script, with a circular municipal seal incorporating a heraldic lion and cogwheel device positioned below. The lower panel presents the denomination numeral '50' at left, the issuing authority text and validity date centred, and a facsimile mayoral signature, all enclosed within an ornamental border with foliate corner devices. |
