To the left stands a vignette of Saint Victor in bishop's robes holding a cross, above a heraldic shield bearing a blue cross; to the right stands Saint Helena with a halo, above a second heraldic shield. The denomination 'FÜNFZIG' and 'PFENNIG' appear in bold red letterpress at the lower left and right respectively, with the title legend 'Domschein der Siegfriedstadt Xanten' arching across the top in Gothic blackletter script. |
