The left vignette illustrates a half-timbered inn 'Zur Gans' with a female figure in traditional dress, accompanied by verses from Rudolf Baumbach's poem 'Das Lied vom Hütos'; the right vignette shows a wine-garden scene 'Weingarten taler Schattensitz' with two figures, alongside further stanzas of the poem.
