| Descrizione del dritto | The obverse is dominated by a central circular vignette enclosed in a dotted border, presenting a dynamic figure of a huntsman in medieval dress striding forward with a spear, accompanied by a leaping white deer against a radiant sky. The denomination '50 Pfg.' appears in large red Gothic numerals at both upper corners above a grey guilloche underprint, with the issuer's name 'Stadt Schleusingen' arched in red script across the top. Two heraldic shield vignettes flank the lower corners — the left bearing the legend 'SILVSIA' with a seated figure, the right bearing 'HENNEBERG' with a bird — while stanzas of German verse are printed in black Gothic script to either side of the central roundel. |
