The city arms of Rheinsberg — an eagle on a shield with the legend "STADT RHEINSBERG" — appear at centre bottom, accompanied by a serial number in violet and the magistrate's manuscript signature. |

Within the oval, an oval portrait medallion of a powdered-wig figure — likely Frederick the Great or a related royal personage associated with Rheinsberg — is surrounded by elaborate Rococo scrollwork, laurel foliage, and wave ornaments. The denomination numeral "50" appears twice in cartouches at lower left and lower right within the composition, and the designer's name "Rob. Koch" is inscribed at the base of the central vignette. |
