Breslau' appears at upper centre, beneath which validity and redemption clauses are set in smaller Gothic text; the town coat of arms — a shield bearing a crenellated tower and a figure — is positioned at lower left, while windmill vignettes occupy each corner of the ornate border. The large denomination numeral '50' flanked by 'Pf.' abbreviations dominates the centre, above the issue date 'Guhrau, den 1. Dezember 1920', the authority line 'Der Magistrat', and a manuscript signature accompanied by a blue printed serial number. |
