| Description de l’avers | Olive-green notgeld printed within a red and black ruled border frame, with the central vignette comprising a heraldic shield in blue and red bearing an armoured knight on horseback and a kneeling supplicant figure at lower right. Surrounding text in Gothic blackletter script carries the issuing authority, a validity clause restricting use to the Stadtbezirk, a counterfeiting penalty warning, the authorising city council resolution of 24 October 1918, and the mayor's facsimile signature. The denomination 'Fünfzig Pfennig' appears in large decorative lettering across the lower panel, with the printer's imprint of J. Maubach & Co. G.M.B.H. Frkfrt. A.M. at foot. |
