Below the arms, the issuing text identifies this note as Kriegsnotgeld of the City of Wunsiedel, valid only within the city district for six months after the conclusion of peace. The note is dated Wunsiedel, 11 November 1918, and bears the manuscript signature of Schippel, rechtsk. Bürgermeister, beneath the Stadtmagistrat designation. |
