The shield is set within an ornate wreath of wheat ears, hops, grape clusters, and foliage, with a stylised town silhouette of towers and spires rising above. The denomination '50 Pf.' appears in large red gothic numerals at upper left and upper right. Below the vignette, the validity clause and issuing authority text are printed in gothic letterpress, with two manuscript facsimile signatures flanking the central date and serial number. |
