| Obverse description | Tan guilloche underprint on a rectangular note with rounded corners. At centre, a circular vignette presents the city gate of Schönebeck flanked by the denomination text in ornate script reading 'Fünfzig Pfennig', with the header 'Gut Schein über' in bold letterpress at top. The issuing authority 'Der Magistrat der Stadt Schönebeck a.
