To the upper left, the heraldic arms of Bad Nauheim — a crowned lion above a stylised spa building — printed in black. To the right, the issuer's name 'Stadt Bad-Nauheim' appears in bold letterpress, with a large watermark-style '50' numeral as underprint beneath the central text block.
