Descrizione del dritto	The obverse is dominated by a vignette of a traditional Chinese lion dance costume figure at centre-right, rendered in fine intaglio detail against a multicolour guilloche underprint in shades of green, gold, and teal. At upper right, the Bank of China logo appears alongside the bilingual inscription BANCO DA CHINA / 中國銀行, while the denomination 50 is printed in large numerals at lower right with the legend 澳門元伍拾圓. A stylised lotus flower watermark device is visible at left, and a vertical security thread runs through the note.

Descrizione del rovescio	The reverse carries a central vignette of the Lou Kau Mansion (盧家大屋), a historic Macanese civil architectural structure rendered in detailed intaglio, set against a warm ochre and beige guilloche background with a ghost image of a colonial-era building at right. The upper right corner bears the Bank of China logo with the bilingual bank name inscription, and the denomination 50 appears at upper left alongside 澳門元 PATACAS. The left portion contains a multiline Portuguese and Chinese legal text block with the issuance date 18 DE MAIO DE 2020.
