Reverse description Central field bears the large Chinese denomination inscription 伍拾圓 (Fifty Dollars) in three bold characters. Above, a crane in flight is depicted amid stylized pine branches; below, a leaping deer runs across the lower field, also surrounded by pine sprigs. To the left, two ornamental cloud and peony motifs occupy the field. A decorative border of linked auspicious symbols runs along the lower rim, lending the design an elegant traditional Chinese aesthetic.
