Beschrijving voorzijde	Intaglio portrait of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk to the right, rendered in a three-quarter view against a guilloche underprint in red and blue tones at centre. Denomination numeral '50' appears in large script within the central vignette alongside the value inscription, with three facsimile signatures below under the titles UMUM MÜDÜR, UMUM MÜDÜR MUAVİNİ, and EMİSYON VE VEZNE MÜDÜRÜ. The border is composed of ornate letterpress frames with '50' numerals and TÜRK LİRASI inscriptions at left and right.

Beschrijving keerzijde	Central intaglio vignette within an arched frame presents the figure of a soldier from the Statue of Victory (Zafer Anıtı) at Ulus Square in Ankara, raising a rifle aloft against a clouded sky background. Denomination numeral '50' with TÜRK LİRASI appears in the lower-left corner within a floral guilloche medallion, and again in the upper-right corner. The entire composition is framed by an ornate border of interlaced geometric and floral motifs printed in brown.
