Description de l’avers	At center, the national coat of arms of Moldova is depicted, featuring a displayed eagle holding a cross in its beak, an olive branch in its right talon, and a scepter in its left talon, with a shield on its breast charged with the traditional Moldovan auroch head, star, rose, and crescent motifs. To the lower right, an open scroll inscribed 'Letopisețul Țării Moldovei' is depicted alongside a quill pen, symbolizing his celebrated chronicle.
