Obverse description	The face is enclosed within an elaborate interlaced guilloche border filled with floral and arabesque motifs, executed throughout in fine letterpress. A central oval medallion bears the Imperial Ottoman tughra, flanked by ornate cartouches carrying the denomination in Arabic script. A multi-line Ottoman text inscription runs across the upper register, the dense decorative fill leaving little ground visible.

Reverse description	The back presents a largely plain paper ground with minimal printed decoration. At upper centre, a small circular Ottoman imperial seal is rendered in intaglio, beneath which a rectangular registration cartouche bears a two-part serial number alongside French and Arabic text identifying the issuing authority, city, and year of issue.
