背面描述 The reverse is printed entirely in pale green on plain cream paper, with a symmetrical arrangement of three large lace-like guilloche rosettes forming the border at the top and sides. The central text field carries the redemption clause in Gothic blackletter script, flanked at the lower corners by two small guilloche numeral panels each bearing '50'. Three signature lines appear below the clause, designated 'Bürgermst.', 'Gem. Rat', and 'Fin.-Ref.' respectively, with handwritten facsimile signatures beneath each title. The printer's imprint 'Lith. u. Druck von F. Seltenberg, Wien III.' runs along the bottom edge.

备注

Sittendorf is a small village in Lower Austria, and like hundreds of Austrian municipalities during World War I, it was forced to print its own emergency small-change notes — Notgeld — when coins vanished from circulation almost entirely after 1914. The hoarding of metal drove even the most modest rural communities to commission local printers for fractional denominations that the central authorities could not supply.

F. Seltenberg operated out of Vienna's third district. That a village this size sourced its printing from a city firm rather than a local press was not unusual — many Gemeinden simply used whatever printer was available and affordable.
