A central octagonal vignette rendered in dark red shows the local parish church tower rising above dense trees, evoking the Sittendorf village landscape. The central text field carries the redemption clause in Gothic blackletter script, flanked at the lower corners by two small guilloche numeral panels each bearing '50'. Three signature lines appear below the clause, designated 'Bürgermst.', 'Gem. Rat', and 'Fin.-Ref.' respectively, with handwritten facsimile signatures beneath each title.
