Austrian municipal notgeld issued in the chaotic inflation years following the collapse of the Habsburg monarchy. The central government's inability to maintain adequate coin circulation forced hundreds of small communities to print their own emergency scrip — Obertrum, a small market town in the Salzburg district, was among thousands that did so between 1919 and 1921.
L. Pech is otherwise obscure in the notgeld literature; the name appears on only a handful of Salzburg-region issues.
