| Description de l’avers | The obverse is divided into three vertical panels against a fine guilloche underprint. The large numeral '50' appears in bold letterpress on both the left and right panels, each accompanied by the denomination 'HELLER' below and small foliate ornaments. The central panel carries a line-art vignette of the Horn townscape with its characteristic round tower, church steeple, and rooftops. At the top, a banner inscription reads 'KASSENSCHEIN DER STADTGEMEINDE' flanking the bold issuer name 'HORN', while the lower portion bears a liability clause dated 'HORN, AM 4. JUNI 1920' and three manuscript signatures above the printed titles 'DER VIZEBÜRGERMEISTER', 'DER BÜRGERMEISTER', and 'DER GEMEINDERAT'. |

| Description du revers | The reverse is printed in a pale grey tone with a script-lettered layout throughout. The issuer title 'Kassenschein der Stadtgemeinde Horn' is inscribed at the top in cursive, beneath which the denomination 'Fünfzig Heller' appears in large script flanking a central circular vignette enclosing the numeral '50' and the Heller abbreviation 'h'. Flanking text in handwritten style sets out the conditions of issue, the total emission amount of 100,000 Kronen, and the redemption terms valid until 15 October 1920, closing with the anti-counterfeiting warning 'Die Nachahmung wird gesetzlich bestraft.' The printer's imprint 'Drula & Berger Horn' appears at the lower left and 'Zimmermann' at the lower right. |
