The central panel carries a line-art vignette of the Horn townscape with its characteristic round tower, church steeple, and rooftops. At the top, a banner inscription reads 'KASSENSCHEIN DER STADTGEMEINDE' flanking the bold issuer name 'HORN', while the lower portion bears a liability clause dated 'HORN, AM 4. JUNI 1920' and three manuscript signatures above the printed titles 'DER VIZEBÜRGERMEISTER', 'DER BÜRGERMEISTER', and 'DER GEMEINDERAT'. |
