Flanking the central panel are elaborately interlaced decorative borders with scrollwork and lozenge motifs, while the large denomination numeral '50' and the word 'Heller' appear in a framed panel below the vignette. The date '1920' is inscribed in a small cartouche at the top, and the issuer's name 'Hallwang' is rendered in bold Gothic script along the lower margin beneath the legend 'Gutschein der Gemeinde'. |

The mayor's printed signature 'Paul Peer' appears below the designation 'Der Bürgermeister:', and a violet oval municipal validation stamp reading 'Gemeinde Vorstehung Hallwang' is applied at the foot of the note. |
