The central field is occupied entirely by a multi-line German-language text in Gothic script setting out the authority for issue by resolution of the Marktgemeinde Aschbach council dated 8 April 1920, the non-interest-bearing nature of the notes, their redemption guarantee in legal tender by 31 December 1920, and a warning against counterfeiting. The printer's imprint 'Druck von F. Kielar, Amstetten' appears at the foot. |

Diese Scheine sind unverzinslich u. werden bis 31. Dezember 1920 von der Marktgemeinde Aschbach in gesetzl. Bargeld eingelöst. Die Nachahmung dieser Scheine wird bestraft. Druck von F.
