Pick 70 spans two governors — Williams signed alone on the first date, Worrell co-signed, and then Worrell's signature continued solo into the 2012 issue after Williams's departure. Three distinct signature combinations exist within a single Pick number, which matters more to specialists than the cosmetic redesign implied by the "large striped numeral" designation.
De La Rue's foil application on this series has shown documented adhesion failures on circulated examples, making clean foil a meaningful condition marker here — not a generic grading note.
