Pick 70 spans two governors — Williams signed alone on the first date, Worrell co-signed, and then Worrell's signature continued solo into the 2012 issue after Williams's departure. Three distinct signature combinations exist within a single Pick number, which matters more to specialists than the cosmetic redesign implied by the "large striped numeral" designation.
