Two symmetrical octagonal pavilions flank a central gateway, with decorative latticed panels above; the cemetery grounds are suggested in the background through geometric patterning. The inscription ĎÁBLICKÝ HŘBITOV is divided across the upper field by the central axis, and VLASTISLAV HOFMAN appears in two lines at lower centre.
